Our Story
Period care that's good for you and the planet.
Mariam Oyinloye
Founder & CEO, ABIMBOLA
How It Started
ABIMBOLA was founded by Mariam Oyinloye at just 14 years old after she experienced firsthand the discomfort, waste, and cost of disposable period products. She knew there had to be a better way.
What started as a personal mission quickly grew into a Canadian FemTech brand dedicated to making sustainable, body-safe period care accessible to everyone — regardless of age, income, or background.
Now 17, Mariam continues to lead ABIMBOLA with the same passion that started it all: the belief that every person deserves comfortable, affordable, and eco-friendly period care.
Why Reusable?
Reusable & Reduces Waste
Each ABIMBOLA product replaces hundreds of disposables, keeping plastic and chemicals out of landfills and waterways.
Long-Lasting & Cost-Saving
Built to last years, our products save you hundreds of dollars compared to buying disposables every month.
Body-Safe & Chemical-Free
Made with skin-safe, breathable fabrics — no bleach, no dioxins, no synthetic fragrances. Just comfort you can trust.
