How to sterilize your menstrual cup:

1: Wash your hands

2. Wash Period Cup with unscented soap

3. Boil Water 

4. Either keep boiling water in pot or put in sterilizer pod

POT Instructions: 

5. Let the cup sit in the boiling water for no more than 10 minutes.

6. Be careful to monitor the cup so it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pot and burn.

STERILIZER POD Instructions 

Once putting cup in sterilizer pod 

5. Put in the microwave for 2-3 minutes to allow the water to stay hot.
